Is Urban Creekside a PRIVATE event space?
YES! Urban Creekside is perfect for events or dinners where privacy is important. We are affiliated with URBAN Eat.Drink, but are located across the street with a private entrance. We are located on the ground level of the 411 Building (where the Urban Rooftop is also located.)

How do I reserve my EVENT DATE?
The facility rental fee serves as the deposit and is due at booking to reserve the date and time. Facility fee is non-refundable.  Availability is not guaranteed until facility fee has been received.

What is the CAPACITY?
We have Farmhouse Tables for seating up to 46 and can add additional tables to accommodate up to 60 for a seated meal.
We can accommodate up to 100 guests for a standing, mix & mingle style event.

Do you offer CATERING?
YES! We offering a complete catering menu with a variety of menu options to suit the needs of your event. Whether you are looking for an heavy apps menu or an elegant plated dinner, we have a menu to fit your event.

Is BAR SERVICE available?
YES! We are fully TABC certified and have our own bartending staff. We offer bar options from drink tickets to full open bar.  Elevate your event by adding a Signature Cocktail or two to your bar menu to coordintate with the theme of your event. Bar Service concludes 15 minutes prior to the event end time to allow guest time to finish last drink. All alcohol must be consumed within Urban Creekside or patio area directly surrounding event space.

Is there PARKING?
YES! Two free public parking garages are accessible within one block of the event space. Additional street parking and lot parking is available.

Can we bring in DECORATIONS?
YES! While Urban Creekside is a beautiful space by itself, you are welcome to bring in your own centerpieces for the tables or buffet. All decor needs to be approved by our event coordinator prior to the event. For events requiring more set up time to decorate, please contact our event coordinator to discuss specific needs. Please no tape on walls, confetti or glitter of any kind. We also offer a table decor package for an additional charge to make your event completely turn key.

Can we bring our own DESSERT?
YES! While we do offer dessert options in our catering menu, you are welcome to bring a custom cake, cupcakes or cookies from a commercial kitchen or bakery.  Due to health code regulations, we do not allow homemade desserts.

Is Urban Creekside good for a REHEARSAL DINNER or a WELCOME PARTY?
YES! Guests love our space for events leading up to the Big Day!  Urban Creekside is completely separate from our sister restaurant, located across the street. We offer space for guests to mingle, give toasts or speeches, have a private bar set up to the hosts specifications and a TV is available for slideshows. Buffet or Plated dinner options are available.
We are covnienently located close to many wedding and event venues in Round Rock, Georgetown and surrounding areas.
